Wyatt is Seven!

I can't believe Wyatt is seven years old!  He loves school and sports.  One of his favorite things to do is art projects and drawings.  He still loves dinosaurs and says he is going to be a paleontologist when he grows up.  He is a great big brother and is always trying to help.  He is so kind and loving and has the biggest heart of anyone I know.  We are so blessed God picked us to be his mom and dad.
We decided not have birthday parties this year, so Wyatt decided to have his best friend Ian over after school for playtime, dinner and cake.

Skiing

The boys were so excited to go skiing again this Christmas break.  Maddie wanted to go too, but she has to be four years old.  We told her that she could go next year.  Mommy and Maddie had a girls day and the boys spent the whole day at Mt Hood.

Christmas Snow

A white Christmas in our area is very rare.  We were so exited when it started snowing on Christmas eve this year.  Papa and Grandma Immel bought the kids sleds for Christmas so it was perfect.  On Christmas day after all the presents were open the kids were so excited to go play in the snow and try out their new sleds!

Immel Express

This year we decided not to go on the Polar Express train.  We decided to create a new tradition for our family, The Immel Express! We put on our pajamas, popped some popcorn, picked up Starbucks hot chocolate then drove around to look at Christmas lights.  The kids thought this was so much fun and we are excited to do it again next year!

Christmas break

We started off Christmas break making cookies and Christmas houses.  We decided to try the foam houses rather then making gingerbread houses this year. The kids had so much fun with these activities.  My kitchen however was a huge mess for days!  But it was worth it to see them having so much fun creating! Here are just a few of the pictures we took.
