St Nick Day!

St Nick came to our house yesterday.  Wyatt was so excited to see what was all in his stocking.  He got some coloring books, crayons, markers, some magnetic alphabet letters and numbers and his favorite thing was a Thomas the train ornament.  Tanner got his first Christmas ornament, a book, and ball and some new paci's.

Happy 6 months Tanner!!

Tanner turned 6 months old yesterday! I can't believe it's been that long! He is getting so big.  He has his 6 month checkup on Monday so we will see how big he is.  He is sitting up by himself now, and you can tell he really wants to crawl.  Before we know it he will be chasing after his big brother!  We can't wait to go back to the Midwest for Christmas and introduce him to everyone!

The Polar Express

Wyatt really loves trains and lately loves watching the movie The Polar Express.  We took him to ride the Polar Express in Hood River, Oregon yesterday.  He had so much fun!  They served us hot chocolate and cookies, sang songs and gave each child a "golden ticket" that the conductor punched just like in the movie.  We went to the North Pole and Santa and his elves rode with us on the train during the way back. Santa gave each child a bell, again just like in the movie. Neither Wyatt nor Tanner were scared of Santa!

Tanner is 5 Months!

Tanner turned 5 months old on Tuesday!  He is growing up way to fast!  When he is on his belly you can tell he really wants to crawl. He loves it when Wyatt sits and plays with him.  He is starting to "talk" more now and can say "ma ma".  I know it is just a coincidence when he looks at me and says "ma ma", but it still melts my heart!

Happy Halloween!

Carving Pumpkins

Jeff helped Wyatt carve his pumpkin the other night.  Wyatt loved the process but hated the feel of the guts.  Whenever he got some on his hands he wanted his hands wiped off.  He was very proud of his pumpkin!

Pumpkin Patch

Last weekend we finally made it to the pumpkin patch.  Of course it was a very rainy day.  We saw the animals in the barn, and picked out pumpkins.  It was too rainy to go on the hayride with Tanner, maybe next year.  Wyatt had lots of fun walking in the rain with his rainboots, raincoat and umbrella.
