Last night after dinner we got our pajamas on, made some popcorn and got in the car to go to the Portland International Raceway. Portland International Raceway has a Christmas light show called Winter Wonderland. It is suppose to be the largest drive-though light show in the Northwest. Madelynn has been going to bed at 6:30pm now so she was not happy we were in the car. They boys however had a blast eating their popcorn and looking at all the Christmas lights.

Cookie Decorating Party!
Madelynn is 5 months!
Madelynn turned 5 months old on Thursday! She is almost rolling over. She gets about half way and gets frustrated and gives up. She is still not a big fan of tummy time. She does love watching her brothers play. She smiles and laughs at them all the time. We got out the jumper and she likes being in that. She looks so tiny when I put her in it though. She loves giving kisses now too!

The Polar Express!
A couple weekends ago we took the kids on the Polar Express in Hood River, Oregon. This year we went with Bryan, Alexa and Spencer again. The boys had so much fun as always! It has become a great Christmas time tradition for our family!

Visit with Santa!
We have gotten invited to a visit with Santa at our credit union the past couple of years. Wyatt was of course so very excited to see Santa. Tanner was excited until it was time to sit on his lap. Madelynn didn't really care what was going on and we of course couldn't get her to look at the camera. We did get Tanner to stand in front of Santa so we could get a picture of all three of them. I wasn't impressed of how this Santa looked. I wish he had a real beard, but oh well the kids loved him!

Jingle!
Our Elf Jingle came back to our house the day after Thanksgiving. He brought the boys a special treat for breakfast and wrote them a letter. They are so excited every morning when they wake up to see where Jingle is hiding out to watch them.

Thanksgiving
The days before Thanksgiving Wyatt had lots of questions about what Thanksgiving was. So we talked about Thanksgiving and what it meant to be thankful. The boys and I made thankful leaves and hung them up on the window. Some of the things they said they were thankful for were: Dinosaurs, spiders, airplanes, their friends...Mommy, Daddy, Baby Madelynn and Grandma and Papa did make the list too! Oh and they each said they were thankful for each other! :)
We celebrated Thanksgiving with Bryan, Alexa and Spencer. I made dinner and they came over to our house. The kids made Pilgrim hats and turkeys. It was a fun time. We were so thankful to spend the holiday with great friends!
I didn't get many pictures and this one is a bit blurry but this is how excited the boys were to eat my pumpkin pie!

Cereal
Madelynn had baby cereal for the first time the other day. She was not thrilled at first. Her facial expressions were so funny. After a few spoonfuls she didn't think it was that bad. :)
