Wagon ride!

In the past couple weeks we have actually had days without rain!  Jeff took Wyatt for a ride in his wagon that Grandpa and Grandma Gast bought him for his birthday.  Wyatt loves riding in the wagon and will sit in it for a long time! We had been pulling it around inside the house because of the weather.  It was great to finally get it outside!

Finger Painting!

Wyatt and I decided to finger paint one day last week.  It was his first time.  I was a little nervous because he puts everything in his mouth.  I didn't want him to put the paint in his mouth, but he didn't even try!  He had so much fun!

The Cake!

Here are the pictures of Wyatt and his cake.  At first he dug right into the cake.  He then got upset because the cake and icing was all over his hands.



1 Year Old!

One year ago Jeff and I were blessed with the most amazing gift.  Although it was a rough first 2 weeks, it has been one of the best years! I can't believe Wyatt is already 1 year old.  He is crawling all around, and walking if we hold his hands.  Before we know it he will be walking all around by himself!  His little personality is coming out.  Grandpa and Grandma Gast surprised us and flew out for his birthday! We went to music in the morning, had some friends come over to play for a little bit, celebrated, and went out to dinner.

 

Visit with Santa

We took Wyatt to see Santa.  When we went up to Santa, Wyatt was smiling and talking to him.  However when I put him on Santa's lap he didn't seem so sure about it. The good thing is he didn't cry, but he didn't smile either.  Maybe next year!

11 Months!

Wyatt turned 11 months on Saturday.  I can't believe in less than a month we will be celebrating his 1st birthday!  He is "army" crawling everywhere now.  We are still going to his music class and he is loving it.  He also enjoys reading books.  We have been singing Christmas carols and Wyatt loves singing along to "Jingle Bells"!  We can't wait to come see everyone in the Midwest next week!
